Chile s ENAP Refinerias SA has awarded Tecnicas Reunidas Chile Ltda with a turn-key contract at its 115,700-barrel-per-day Bio Bio Refinery. The project includes the addition of an Amine Recovery Unit 3 (MDEA 3) with a capacity of 816 cubic meters per day (M3/d), a 140-ton-per-day sulfur recovery unit (SRU 3) and a 1,600-cubic-meter-per-day sour water stripper unit.
